Wayne State University law professor Peter Henning commented on the insider-trading trial of former Qwest CEO Joe Nacchio. The fact that Nacchio's defense could wrap up Monday with less than two days of testimony indicates his lawyers believe the prosecution didn't prove their case, Henning said.
